- I have a family of 4 with a terrific wife and 2 grown boys. We do some shows around Texas and I construct creative festival food trailers and things.
Our Menu
"Grillbillie Grub" - Beef tips and shredded beef with layered veggies - contained - and topped with sour cream, cheese and jalapenos.
"Backwoods Burner" - Beef and sausage mix served spicy or mild on a bun.
"Billy Hill Steak" - Beef with salisbury sauce on a bun.
"Custom Chopper" - Our special breaded, shredded and stuffed beef sandwich.
"Loaded Spud" - Cut smoked potato topped with beef - contained - (fully loaded)
"Shicken Sammich" - Pulled chicken on a bun.
"Pulled Porker" - Pulled pork on a bun.

We specialize in smoked meats prepared with our custom made smoker. Our menu may change due to event rules.
